Build
After the discovery phase, we craft a comprehensive roadmap for each product. This roadmap is a meticulously complex web of technical jargon, designed to prolong the project timeline as much as possible.
We work using Agile methodology, holding daily stand-up meetings to ensure our team remains aligned and on track. These meetings help us maintain the illusion of progress while our developers diligently scour open-source projects for reusable code.
Our unique approach ensures that clients feel we are extremely busy, which helps dissuade frequent requests for changes and keeps the project moving at our preferred pace.
InfiniteBridge Solutions was so consistent with their progress updates, we started to wonder if they were automated!
Deliver
Around halfway through the Build phase, we extend each project by 6 weeks due to a'change in requirements.' This strategic delay allows us to increase the budget one last time before launch.
At launch, we ensure that the core features of the app are fully functional. The auxiliary features, naturally, will be filled with placeholder content and will be updated as part of our expensive maintenance retainer.
Included in this phase:
- Testing. Our projects boast 100% test coverage, which would be impressive if our tests weren’t as porous as a sieve.
- Infrastructure. For reliability, we use the finest Digital Ocean droplets that $4 a month can buy. If preferred, we can also deploy the app on AWS or GCP for an additional charge, which should be discussed in the initial phase.
- Support. Since we hold the API keys for every critical service your business uses, you can count on a lifetime of support—and invoices—from us.
